1. Order Processing Timeline
After full payment is verified and confirmed, orders will be processed, packed and shipped out within 1 to 3 business days. Processing is suspended on weekends and official statutory public holidays observed in mainland China.

2. Estimated Delivery Lead Time
- Standard International Shipping: 15–30 business days
- Expedited Express Shipping: 7–15 business days
All listed delivery windows are non-binding estimates only. Potential delays may stem from customs inspection procedures, regional logistics network congestion, force majeure incidents, or carrier schedule revisions, which fall outside our operational control.

3. Shipping Fee Calculation
Shipping charges are computed based on the total gross weight, dimensional measurements of your packaged order, and the destination country. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed on the checkout page prior to your payment confirmation for full transparency.

4. Customs Clearance & Import Levies
All import tariffs, value-added taxes, customs brokerage fees, and any supplementary administrative charges incurred at the destination border are the sole financial responsibility of the buyer. We will furnish standard commercial invoices and supporting customs documentation upon request to facilitate smooth clearance.

5. Shipment Tracking & Updates
Once your order is dispatched, we will deliver the unique tracking number to your registered email address or WhatsApp account. You may monitor real-time shipment progress via the official portal of the assigned logistics carrier.

6. Undeliverable & Returned Parcels
Parcels returned due to inaccurate shipping addresses, uncontactable recipients, or refusal to complete customs clearance will incur round-trip shipping costs and associated handling fees, all payable by the buyer. We will only arrange re-delivery after receiving full prepayment for all reshipping expenses.
